I haven't heard the album yet (but I ordered it. :)). I heard Christy and Monica Laplante, a while back on The Current, talking about the album. Then I heard " Uranium Baby", which I love; hearkens back to those great punk sounds from the 80s. It sounds like it was recorded live in the studio, which I'll take any day, over a lot of the bland production that passes today. Speaking of Monica Laplante, I love what I heard of her songs as well. Time I got one of her albums. Tim 😀 Timothy Natysin
You know, it wasn't my favorite for a while, but for some reason my brain decided to listen to it on loop a few weeks ago and now I can't stop thinking about it.
I love the synths, the tone, the lyricism, even the music videos which I feel I should mention!!!
(also, should've been me reminds me a bit of abba which is an automatic bonus in my book) praisedrays
